Wow, April came and went so quickly. We got new releases from Cloud and Hill Giant, and a re-issue from Horehound... all on the 20th no less. Curious. Other than that, things have been hectic here behind the scenes. Jonathan is going non-stop, working on the Millvale Music Festival (more about that later), and I just got a new day job.
You can tune in to The Cutting Edge every day from 9am-10, 2pm-3, and 7pm-8 for one hour of the sharpest new metal tracks in the Pittsburgh metal scene.

I feel I need to sort these three out together for celebrating the holidaze how we all know best, dropping some dank heavy metal treats.
We just brought the Morgantown based group Hill Giant into rotation just in time to get them in here for the debut release of their debut album Stonebreaker. The tracks "Enslaved" and "Stonebreaker" both made it onto The Cutting Edge for this month, but we've got a few more in the mix as well. Stonebreaker is available on Bandcamp.
Take a toke of this, Cloud puffed out a new track with a whole new album to follow on May 25th. We got "Pt. II: Ruin of Man" in rotation in The Cutting Edge, but are eagerly awaiting. Pre-orders are available now on Bandcamp.
Not one to miss out on the holiday either, Pittsburgh's Horehound has released their debut self-titled album, remixed and remastered on Hellmistress Records. CDs and other merch are available now on Bandcamp, with the release getting a colored vinyl run in June.
We're pretty fond of the holidaze as well, and you might not know this yet but there is a special treat waiting for you every day at 4:20. You'll just have to tune in if you want to hear it.
